Starting working on something is one of the best things you can do. After planning you just have to get to the DO phase and make it as impactful as you can. You can give yourself a head start if you level up your early game. The goal of this article is to encourage everyone, who is planning to start working towards their goals to make their start as powerful as it can be.
What does a supercharged start look like?
Take your first LARGE STEP from your plan, and do it in a day. If you plan is to launch a website: register the name; if you want to learn the piano: book the first lesson with a teacher for tomorrow, if you want to lose weight: get rid of all the junk food and workout for 20 minutes. Take the first big step and do it! In fact, do as much as you can of your plan within 24 hours!
Why is it important to have an impactful start?
There are great benefits to a powerful early game, that will impact your mind and your future progress as well. To make it as clear as possible we made a list:
- You make more progress, obviously. This is great because it takes you closer to your goal. Even better you can set this as the standard amount of progress you should make every day.
- Keeps motivations high or even boost it. You’ll have a better feeling in your gut about the project, that increases confidence and lowers doubt. Making progress is a great feeling!
- You’ll see further down the road! As you accomplish more of your plan, you’ll be able to see how the rest of the plan should look like. If you already have the next steps in your mind, you can review those steps and adjust ASAP if needed.
- It is less likely that the project will die out soon. All the points listed above points towards the future. The future of your progress, the future of your goal.
A supercharged head start is the solid foundation every project needs. So, if you are planning to start your project I highly encourage you to do the best damn start you can do, for all the benefits listed above!
